3 Phase Induction Motor Performance

  1. This calculator allows users to evaluate their motor performance under field conditions. By entering readily available field data, users can estimate motor output horsepower and torque.
  1. This analysis is based on constant speed motor, i.e. no VFD's. If the motor is driven by a VFD, the motor performance will be overstated by the energy losses of the drive, generally 2-3%.
